Go with your gut defined

This was my first podcast ever. i was impressed and grateful to have chosen Mary. So many times i have advised another trying to make a decision with “ go with your gut”. and so many times my gut decisions have been my best decisions. I get over analytical when i try to “think through” a decision and I usually go with emotions if I go over and over a decision too many times. my gut told me when it was time to declare I was in labor... all eleven times. my gut told me to sign up for my first Law of Attraction webinar and it set me on my current path of a life coaching business. i look forward to future podcasts with Mary!

The wisdom of the body!

Mary has an interesting niche and such a soothing voice! She has made me think more about how I make decisions and the difference between ego, emotion, and our core soul wisdom.

Great perspectives

These podcasts are short, easy to listen to but loaded with wisdom and interesting ideas. Example: I never considered confusion as a good things before, but Mary says it indicates that we really know what to do but may not like our options or trust ourselves. I also appreciated the show on kindness where she said that it's easier to be kind when we're calm and that drama takes up more time, so kindness gives us more time in our day. These are well worth the listen.
