Funnily enough, for a long time, he never thought he was doing too bad. He thought he was eating healthy, did a few HIIT sessions, and occasionally trained with dumbbells at home. 
     
    Despite that, he still felt ashamed and disappointed with the way he looked and felt in his body. When he saw the pictures at his wife’s 40th birthday party, he was shocked. He couldn’t believe what he saw. That’s when the penny dropped - there was work to be done! RNT changed my life

I started RNT in Jan and finished in May. I never thought I could have abs, I learned so much about fitness and nutrition, and my confidence, empowerment soared. Akash keeps talking about the physical is the vehicle, and now I can see what that means- getting in the shape of my life helped me pursue and attain the life of my dreams. It helped me overcome the psychological and emotional barriers that were stopping me from living my best life. I hope others find RNT and discover what incredible confidence can do for their lives.

RNT is a money making scam

I am shocked and saddened after what I’ve heard about RNT. I recently had breathing issues and have had to get several tests, take steroids as well as inhalers. I’m a physician myself and I have several family members who are physicians and advised against starting this plan.

I had registered to start and asked RNT for a refund weeks before starting. Instead of empathy and compassion I am given rude replies by the team, saying I should still start my journey and to read about it.

This is a money making scheme and is not the RNT that my family did. It’s changed for the worse. I wouldn’t advise anyone do this. Listen to Katrina Ubell instead. She’s positive, kind and supportive.
