    David Tze - NovoNutrients

A conversation with David Tze of NovoNutrients

Why is this important? Fishmeal and fish oil are widely used as feed in aquaculture and animal feeds. They're produced from fish by-catch and is a dwindling resource. Novonutrients process uses waste CO2 together with Hydrogen and trace materials to produce protein from bacteria. Besides addressing overfishing the use of waste CO2 is a great climate change initiative given cement produces 5 % of all GHGs.

Listen to the podcast and hear how only four large cement plants could be used to replace all of the fishmeal in the world!
