This is different - and that's a good thing!
My favorite part was about negativity bias--interesting learning the background of why it showed up and I appreciate knowing that some in the media, advertisers, politicians, etc., use that bias for their own benefit. Good point also that most self-help programs don't provide stats about the efficacy of their programs--impressed that you collect and share that information. Listening to this was time well-spent! :)
