The ultimate goal is to transform our relationship with food from being a source of emotional comfort to a source of nourishment.

Short and to the point!

Love this podcast! The information is given in short bullet point style with explanations for each point. This is exactly how I like to consume my information. Long drawn out podcasts seem more like rants, full of opinions, and ramblings. This is so informative and focused. Keep it up!

Turns Into an Advertisement

I enjoyed this until I was a few epsisodes in and it started running a two-minute ad at the start of every episode for some pill this guy is pushing. That totally turned me away from this podcast.

Good info, bad voice

The information and insight here are good, but I can’t take the voice. Is it a real person? Is it an AI bot? Either way, it’s hard to listen to.
