Customer Reviews
Insights for more modest audiences...
What I love about Authentic Leadership is that the pods feature people that are more reasonably comparable to common leaders in business. While it’s nice to also listen to podcasts featuring Elon Musk, Sam Altman, Arnold Schwarzenegger (sp?), Bob Iger and other elite executives/luminaries, they are really NOT relatable to 99.9% of listeners. These people had experiences, good fortune, opportunity and success that is on a scale unfathomable, and honestly irrelevant to most humans. That means that their resources, perspectives and interactions are NOT likely to be helpful nor applicable. This podcast helps bridge the gap by highlighting the experiences of moderately successful, “normal human beings” that provides insights and experiences to learn from for the rest of us.
Great show!
This podcast explores the nuances and principles of leadership across various domains, showcasing interviews with leaders from different fields such as higher education, entrepreneurial partnerships, and creative industries. It not only sheds light on the multifaceted nature of leadership but also on how authenticity plays a crucial role in effective leadership. Through engaging discussions and real-world insights, this podcast encourages its listeners to reflect on their own leadership styles and the impact it has on their personal and professional lives.
