Please don’t follow this advice

I can’t stand when people do these podcasts and think that a low carb/keto diet is what’s best for everyone! If you want a podcast that’s pushing IF and lower carb. This is it. And while these things do work for some people, SHORT TERM…they are NOT A SUSTAINABLE, LONG TERM WAY TO MAINTAIN BODY COMPOSITION AND FAT LOSS. This information is everywhere. Please don’t waste your time listening to this information.
