Tim really knows his stuff on a high level. Funding is such a major component to success and hearing someone who knows how to understand the market trends from the investor and the lender side is someone who is a major major resource to follow. This show is super informative and entertaining. Each episode has at least one nugget of info or insight to take away and apply. In addition to that, the guests, while focused on real estate investing, each have a story and a journey that makes listening enjoyable and each episode is different. Thanks for the great show
