Mesut Ozil has been left out of Arsenal's Premier League squad for the season. The club are adamant the decision has nothing to do with the German midfielder condemning China's treatment of Uighur Muslims, or his refusal to take a pay cut during the Covid-19 pandemic. It was a weekend of memorable performances; none more so that Patrice Evra on Sky Sports. So memorable was Evra's performance, that his emotional reaction almost overshadowed the actual football, with little to no analysis of Tottenham's 6-1 hammering of Manchester United, with the focus instead on the former Red Devil's outburst. Is Evra simply a one of a kind fan/pundit hybrid? Or is this a sign of broadcast Premier League coverage in the UK learning from the success of fan media - where big personalities, rants and extreme reactions guarantee the most valuable commodity of all - your attention.

Is this a dream ?
When the front 3 stopped recording several years ago I was devastated. Nothing since has filled the void this podcast left in my heart and soul.
I really hope the podcast is making a comeback. All 5 of you are so knowledgeable in different ways. This podcast provides insight into the game that other podcast wish they had and have since tried to imitate.
I love how you challenge each other to think beyond the surface of a subject and really have an in-depth conversation about it.
I also appreciate that you don’t shy away from talking about politics and/ in football on this podcast. In a world where politics affects everyone to some level whether their involved or not, it’s nice to hear insightful conversations about the game that don’t ignore what’s happening in the world especially right now.
All of this of course with the wit, humor, and chemistry or whoever is on the line up.

Please keep going with the reboot! You guys got me into podcasts and got me further into football, so I’d love to be able to keep listening to Dave, Lawrence, and Nico battle it out while Boultwood and Kris sit back and laugh.

Updating my rating to 5 stars for the sheer fun value. Engaging podcast with the knowledgeable opinions of all three hosts who combine it with entertaining conversations about the greatest footballer ever, Gary Goals. Some audio issues that can be fixed. "Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery" and these guys have inspired me to start a podcast of my own which I hope can reach their level some day.
